Parts Specialist

Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiries, using catalogs and systems to identify needed parts. Process incoming shipments, restock inventory, and accurately fill customer and service department orders while preparing invoices and sales receipts. Perform inventory checks, inspect parts for defects, and manage manager returns or substitutions. Requires a high school diploma, one year in customer service, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This day shift role includes paid on-the-job training and offers health coverage, 401(k), and profit sharing.
