Job Summary
Greet walk-in retail customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional installer service specialists with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise stocking. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Provide high-level service to both retail and installer customers while supporting store management in assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
