Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers and support store management in their tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining a cash drawer, and processing transactions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and will involve operational duties such as inventory management and customer service tasks. The position may involve occasional driving for deliveries, subject to driving eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
