Job Summary
Parts Specialist will greet and assist retail and installer customers, quote prices, look up parts, promote company customer service programs, process transactions and returns, maintain cash drawer, assist with stock updates and planogram tasks, and perform in-store services and occasional deliveries. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory handling, basic operating duties, and teamwork to support store management. Training will be provided; opportunities for growth within the organization and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. The position requires ability to interact with customers, perform accurate cashiering, and operate store equipment after training.
