Job Summary
Sell and order parts for customers at the counter and over the phone, receive, ship, and store parts and freight, and read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams. Manage point-of-sale invoicing, repair and internal parts orders, and vendor orders while assisting in regular physical inventory counts and annual inventory. Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, parts counter, and showroom display area. Participate in all training programs to stay current on new product updates and processes. Work extended hours during the week and on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and transition easily between the parts inventories of multiple lines of equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Keen ability to promptly and skillfully solve problems
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends
- Must be proficient with computers
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a parts department and/or in the ag equipment field
- Agriculture experience or background
