Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse procedures including shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, picking orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone and web parts requests, researching solutions for used, new surplus, and aftermarket items. Process sales orders, returns, and vendor purchase orders while utilizing industry resources to assist customers with hard-to-find parts. Manage transfer orders and core processing to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred
