Parts Specialist (PRA)

Job Summary
You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, helping customers and teammates get the right parts, right when they need them. You’ll research parts, provide quotes, and process orders, while investigating discrepancies to keep shipments and deliveries on track. Maintain clear, organized records across systems, handle inbound calls, and use manuals and digital tools to find accurate solutions. Bring experience with automotive, construction, or material-handling parts, a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and comfort navigating multiple systems. Attention to detail and the ability to balance customer needs with internal technicians will help keep operations running smoothly and build trust with every interaction.
