Job Summary
Part-time Parts Specialist who supports emergency-vehicle service centers by managing administrative tasks, inventory, quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing; requires experience with CDK or similar systems, Salesforce, MS Office; duties include processing payroll corrections, cycle counts, creating repair orders, generating parts quotes and estimates, identifying and researching parts, creating purchase orders, receiving stock, handling invoicing, and maintaining a clean, organized parts room in a busy service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
