Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional installer service specialists with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving customer complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, performing inventory cycle counts, and operating store test equipment. Prepare merchandise returns for shipping and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
