Parts Specialist

Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts provides excellent service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with daily tasks, and participates in in-store services and operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing cash/credit transactions, handling exchanges/returns, resolving customer complaints, updating planograms and stocking duties, operating test equipment after training, and occasionally driving deliveries as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, and there is emphasis on knowledge of automotive parts, customer service, and inventory procedures.
