Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers by looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items. Maintain the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Complete daily image maker tasks, update planograms, stock shelves, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate store test equipment, perform vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally deliver parts using a company vehicle. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
