Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with merchandise selection, and handle phone inquiries by looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Complete daily image maker and planogram updates, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting company customer service programs. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
