Job Summary
Greet and assist retail and walk-in customers with merchandise selection, while answering phone calls to look up parts, quote prices, and recommend items. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions, manage the cash drawer, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Perform daily operational tasks including planogram updates, stocking shelves, cleaning, and completing image maker reports. Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers, and operate brake lathes and test equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
