Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing exchanges and returns. Maintain the cash drawer, handle cash and credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
