Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing exchanges and returns. Manage cash drawer responsibilities, handle credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes after completing required training. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management in accomplishing assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
