Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and manage inventory tasks including cycle counts and planogram updates. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with daily operational duties. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
