Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, stocking shelves, inventory counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
