Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with parts selection and premium recommendations. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and resolve complaints while following customer service programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Complete daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathes and test equipment, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when needed. Multitask between phone and store duties while matching alphanumeric sequences. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
