Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, answers store calls, processes exchanges and returns, handles cash and credit transactions, maintains stock and planogram updates, and performs in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, and diagnosing vehicle trouble codes) with bilingual support encouraged; role includes occasional delivery driving and operating store equipment after training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate
- Must meet driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices, and recommend related items
