Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional service specialists with parts selection and related selling. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, freight receipt, stocking, and cleaning. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and drive delivery vehicles when needed. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
