Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process cash and credit transactions, manage the cash drawer, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Maintain and secure inventory by completing image maker updates, planogram changes, cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and drive delivery vehicles when needed. Complete assigned company training and support store management with daily operational tasks. Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
