Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist in their merchandise selection, and answer phone calls to look up parts, quote prices, and recommend items. Process exchanges, returns, cash, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and testing batteries. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Assist store management and installer service specialists with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
