Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and provide parts quotes while promoting company programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Assist managers and installer specialists with professional customer service, process exchanges and returns, and maintain the cash drawer. Complete daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, inventory counts, and merchandise stocking. Operate brake lathes and test equipment to perform in-store services such as battery testing, headlight replacements, and code scans. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for shipments when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
