Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts, and resolve complaints while following company service programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Assist managers and installer specialists with professional customer needs, process exchanges and returns, and maintain the cash drawer by handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Complete assigned training, perform image maker updates, cycle counts, and stock adjustments, and operate test equipment such as brake lathes after training. Provide in-store services including wiper installation and battery testing, and drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
