Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist professional customers, and answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts. Maintain the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and resolve complaints while following customer service programs. Operate brake lathe and test equipment, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and drive delivery vehicles as needed. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
