Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing exchanges and returns. Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintain the cash drawer, and resolve customer complaints while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Perform vehicle services such as battery testing, code scanning, and wiper installation, and operate store test equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
