Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, and performing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and resolve customer complaints while following company service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Complete assigned training and support store management with assigned duties. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
