Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Accurately maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in compliance with policies. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, inventory counts, and merchandise stocking. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and provide in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply for roles supporting store management and installer service specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
