Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist managers and installer service specialists, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items. Maintain cash drawer and process cash/credit transactions, handle exchanges/returns, address customer complaints, and perform daily store tasks such as stocking shelves, planogram updates, and freight receival. Perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/charging batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes) and, when needed, drive a delivery vehicle. Engage in training, participate in merchandising and stock control activities, and support store management to achieve tasks.
