Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Complete assigned training, maintain the cash drawer, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, freight receival, stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. Drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
