Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers by looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram changes including stocking, fronting, facing, and cleaning. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle and assist managers with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
