Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, maintaining image makers, processing returns, and performing in-store services like battery testing and code scanning. Manage cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, drive delivery vehicles when needed, and maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock adjustments. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
