Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, cleaning, image maker updates, and planogram adjustments. Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and handle multitasking between phone and store interactions. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
