Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with their merchandise selection, and answer phone calls to look up parts, quote prices, and recommend items. Process exchanges, returns, and credit transactions while maintaining the cash drawer and handling payments. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and stocking tasks, including freight receival and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
