Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with parts selection and recommendations. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, and performing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Manage cash drawers, process transactions, and resolve customer complaints while following all company service programs. Complete assigned training and support store management in accomplishing assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
