Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while managing exchanges, returns, and complaints in accordance with company policy. Complete daily image maker tasks, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, and cleaning. Perform operational duties including merchandise returns, stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, and operating brake lathe and test equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
