Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Perform in-store services such as battery testing, code scanning, and light replacements, and operate brake lathe equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
