Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, handles phone inquiries, processes exchanges and returns, maintains cash drawer and handles transactions, assists with stock and planogram updates, and performs in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle issues) with bilingual candidates encouraged; occasional deliveries may be performed as needed. The role benefits from automotive parts knowledge, service orientation, multi-tasking, and potential ASE certification consideration; Spanish language ability is highly desirable and training will be provided to support growth within O'Reilly Auto Parts.

- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
