Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions; handle exchanges and returns; and resolve customer complaints in accordance with policy. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, complete daily image maker tasks, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
