Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional service specialists with parts selection and quoting. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges while resolving complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking, and inventory counts. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
