Job Summary
Greet walk-in and retail customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, and cleaning. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while managing exchanges, returns, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training to perform services like wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs such as Hi-5 and the Low Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
