Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with parts selection, and answer phone inquiries to quote prices and recommend items. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating image makers, performing inventory cycle counts, and operating brake lathe test equipment. Provide in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
