Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram updates including stocking, cleaning, and freight receival. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
