Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting company programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
