Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute assigned company training, maintain cash drawers, process credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, freight receival, stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions while resolving customer complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
