Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Follow and promote company customer service programs including Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and Related Selling. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete assigned training, assist with image maker updates, planogram stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
