Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts. Maintain cash drawers, process credit transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Complete daily image maker updates, stock shelves, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate store test equipment and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Support store management and installer specialists with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
