Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Follow company programs like Hi-5 and Low Price Guarantee while recommending premium items and resolving complaints. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete daily image maker updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
