Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and manage daily operational tasks including stocking, image maker updates, and inventory counts. Drive delivery vehicles when needed to meet business requirements. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
