Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers in selecting merchandise while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process exchanges, returns, and cash or credit card transactions, then resolve complaints in a friendly manner. Maintain the cash drawer, complete daily image makers, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers or testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
